Refund policy

We accept returns only in case of damaged or defective products.

 

To be eligible for a return:

- You must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package

- The video must show the issue clearly without cuts or edits

- The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

 

We do NOT accept returns for:

- Size issues

- Change of mind

- Used or washed items

 

If the product is confirmed as damaged, we will provide a replacement or refund.

 

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
